Terms and Conditions for Advance Payment

SCOPE of Advance Token Amount:

1. Guests are required to pay an advance token amount to confirm and secure their reservation at hotel.

2. The advance token amount serves as confirmation of the reservation for the specified dates.

PRICES:

1. Prices: All prices quoted are in BTN and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

2. Any special offers or discounts running during the period of stay will not be applicable since the booking has been made in advance.

SET-OFF:

1. The advance token amount will be deducted from the total bill upon check-out.

Validity:

1. The advance token amount is valid only for the specified booking and is non-transferable.

No Show Policy:

1. Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notification may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the advance token amount.

Modification:

1. Changes to booking dates or other details are subject to availability and must be approved by the hotel management.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations made after payment of the advance token amount will result in forfeiture of the token amount.

Non-Refundable:

1. The advance token amount is non-refundable under standard conditions. Exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances such as flight cancellations or natural disasters. For such cases, please contact the hotel directly.

Full Amount Needs to be Paid at the Time of Checkout:

1. The remaining balance of the booking must be settled in full upon check-out at hotel.

Dispute Resolution:

1. Any disputes arising from the advance token amount or booking terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bhutan law.
